These brings me back to my childhood. Not because I loved these biscuits, in matter fact, I didnt like these at all. But my brother always wanted these for his birthday. It wasn´t too long ago when I fell in love with these. Now these are a given to always have in store in the coockiejar all summer. I had to ask my mother for the recipe and you guys, here it is! Its silly how easy these are to bake, and everyone loves these! Ready in 20 minutes.
What you need:
1 dl Sugar 1 ts vanilla sugar
2 dl flour
1 ts bakingpowder
1 ts grounded ginger
100g room temperatured butter
1 tbs sirup
How to:
Turn your oven on to 175 celsius.
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and miks together. Measure your putter and preferably with your hands, squish and combine the butter and sirup with the flourmix.
When all mixed together, roll out the dough to a long roll on a baking paper. With two fingers press out the roll so it get approximate 1 cm thick. Now put it in the oven for 10 minutes. When ready in the oven, cut up the biscuits while they are worm, but let them cool down on the baking sheet. When cooled down you will have crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Store in a airtight box - If you manage to not eat them all.
Happy baking!
